"I hurt my boyfriend's feelings." Most of us have unfortunately said this at some point. The moment when you first realize that what you did or said stung your boyfriend is the very moment you want to crawl in a hole and hide. It's horrible to hurt the person you care about the most. Even though he may tell you that he's over it, things aren't the same. Perhaps he's pulled back a bit or he's less affectionate. If you leave this unattended, he may start to resent you for the pain you caused him and inevitably that's the beginning of the end of your relationship. You have to act now if you want to smooth things over and get him to feel closer to you again.

Sarah: I am Sarah, and this narrative will not tell my stories. Instead, I will narrate my friends' stories, mistakes, strengths, and weaknesses as pieces of who I am. I think this third-person writing approach will be more attractive to the reader.

Your girlfriend says she needs space. Whenever a woman says that, the man she is talking to panics a little inside. She may tell you that it's just for a little while so she can sort through some of what she's feeling. Maybe she'll say that she's feeling overwhelmed and can't think if she's always with you. Regardless of how she phrases it or what she says to justify it, when a woman tells a man she needs space, or time or some distance, it means just one thing. It's the first step towards an official break up. If the woman you love has told you that she needs some time for herself, you need to act now or you're going to lose her. It's really that simple.

Cynthia BordPublished 8 months ago in VivaHere Are Some Ways To Make You Feel More Secure In Your Relationship
Before I get started, here’s a quick disclaimer: these tips are probably not going to be what you expected and this article is not about how to make sure your partner doesn’t lose interest in you. Instead, these tips are how to be more secure with yourself, because as cliché as it sounds, you need to be confident in yourself in order to successfully be confident in any relationship. Trust me, insecurities will only lead to problems and you may even be the one causing them without realizing it. I myself am guilty of this, and while there were definitely other factors contributing to my past relationships ending, I’d be lying if I said that it was all on them. I was controlling, untrusting, and insecure, which led to a lot of unnecessary arguments and eventually, me breaking up with them because “I couldn’t deal with them anymore”. Looking back, while the way that I see things now naturally come with maturity, I have a lot more self confidence than I used to. I also realize that I was the one who ended all of my past relationships, which makes me think that maybe it did have more to do with me and how I viewed myself, than anything else. Below are a few things I have gathered that I think could have improved my past relationships, based on changes within myself.
