Product purchasing encouragement

When a client is considering buying a product, there will still be some factors that will make them hesitate of making them thing that taking the action will not be the ideal decision. The client will always want what is the absolute best product that will meet their needs and interest and they will consider this before thinking about buying a product or service.

So to be sure that the product that they are buying is the product that they will be satisfied with, you will focus on this alternative. which is a trail. or a testing of the product or service. Even though this could be applied to some product as well this is mostly the case for services only. Meaning that client will only have the opportunity to try something that they are willing to buy first before actually buying it, only if it is a service and not a product. The following will be a very quick and very basic video explaining what the subject is.

Understanding the aim

The purpose of doing this, is encouragement. This is a form of reassuring the client they can be fully satisfied with the product or service that they will be willing to use. First before the client wants to purchase a product, they will have to question regarding the product they are willing to purchase. And this is because they will be thinking in a certain way. Which is thinking that the product may have some disadvantages to it which they might not like.

And therefore since they will have pay one time, then they will be unable to return the product therefore will have to use the product that they did not wanted due to the potential disadvantages it had. This is the main reason someone will hesitate before buying a product or a service the fear that they will not be satisfied with the product. And this is the problem that the free trial solves.

Consideration

Now one thing that you should also know which is crucial for your chances of attracting a client is that even with a free trial been offered, most customer will first verify the comment that other people that tried your free trial are posting. Which means that they will first consider what other are saying about your free trial before deciding to make it themselves. Which mean that it could hugely effect whether you will get a client or not. The first thing. Because the free trial is not really selling a product or service to a customer, but rather making it try out, the chances of them becoming a customer is lower than most method of attracting client.

Since there is not a complete conclusion that they will make the full purchase after the trial. What this means is that you want the person to become a full client. And you are using the free trial to attract them. However, there is first the risk of that person seeing a bad comment about your product or service by someone who tried your free trial. And even if that does not happen there is also the risk of the person not making the purchase after the trial so you will have to overcome all that.

The first case

Since there is the chance of the person you are willing to target first looking at what others that tried out your free trial are saying, it is therefore one thing that you must make sure you have dealt with. So the first thing to notice here is that if the client you are willing to target can first look at what others are saying about the trial before deciding themselves, then that will mean that it isn't the first time you will have made the promotion. And this is what you should first go back to.

The very first people that will try out your free trial will be the most important one. As seen before, the likelihood of you getting more client to sign up for your free trial depend on their comments. So you must make sure that the very first client that will try your product or service ended up liking the product and buying it. Because as seen, if the comment from them are negative then chances are you will not get further client just like if the comment form them about your trial are positive, then you will get more client as further client rely on those sources.

The ideal proposition

Identify individual volunteers to try out the product or service first before you start marketing it to potential client. And the people you will be identifying will be individual that will have the same interest as the client you will be aiming to target. And for this, you will need as enough people. This does not mean the largest number of people that you can possibly have, for a start-up selling a service a reasonable amount of this people could just be three to four different individuals.

And once this have been done you will want to make them analyse feedback they think will improve the product or service. This is not to rely on in order to make the service better. But it is to identify how it will be done on a larger scale because after all you will want to sell to as much people as possible. So you are not doing this to rely on it's a way of making the product or service the ideal. But to see how you could collect feedback from a larger group of people and and make the product or service according to their interest and most importantly place it in your advert about free trial.

Following part

So what you will want to do is to see how a feedback system from the free trial work on a small scale, so that you can identify ways of managing it on a higher scale. And then make and advert about it as last. Remember that the key aim of this is to get the very first client that will try out out free trial to have a positive point of view on it. So that they will be more likely to right positive comment about it for you to be able to place those positive review on your free trial advert.

So let's recap the whole process:

1. You want to attract the end client with your free trial advert

2. The issue is that client will first look at the comment of others

3. So you want to find a way to make the very first client to post positive things

4. But you do not know how to do that

5. So you decide to run a small model of how to get client to test your free trial and leave comment

6. Then analyse what are the feedbacks they are given and correct the product or service to according to those feedbacks

7. Then find the client that share the same interest as the people you use and market the product to them

8. And since they will more likely post positive review of the product, post those review on your final advert

A MADE UP EXAMPLE

You are offering a subscription to a streaming platform of music

2. You idenfity who is the potential client you are willing to traget

3. You select a group of ten people that have the same interest as the potential clients

4. Then you make them test the service and give you feedback

5. If there is feedback focus on fixing them and if there isn't move to the next stage

6. With no more feedback market the free trial service to the client sharing the same interests

7. Since you have analyzed all the potential drawback, they will be no negative comment

8. Therefore, you will only have positive comment

9. Finally use those comments in your free trial advert when aiming to attract a wider range of clients
