Hello, and welcome to this eye-opening discussion on trading stocks with seemingly no risk involved. If you're eager to explore new horizons in the trading world, this article will shed light on various trading styles and a unique technique that aims to minimize risk.

Diverse Trading Styles

Trading stocks offer a myriad of styles to suit different preferences and market conditions. Let's explore three popular ones:

1. Swing Trading: This style involves holding positions for several days or weeks, capitalizing on short- to medium-term price movements.

2. Trend Following: Traders employing this style aim to identify and ride trends, whether bullish or bearish, for extended periods.

3. Intraday Fast Trading: Also known as day trading, this style involves entering and exiting trades within the same trading day.

Each of these styles has its own set of strategies and techniques. It can be overwhelming to navigate through the vast array of indicators, technical analysis tools, and approaches.

The Technical Analysis Dilemma

Technical analysis is a common tool in the trader's arsenal. However, relying solely on trendlines, support, and resistance levels can be risky and even seasoned traders can be caught off guard by unpredictable market moves. Recently, actually it was yesterday, on August 3, 2023, my connection on LinkedIn told me "i am shorting here, I see so many bearish signals..", then at 10:45 am he told me "it broke key medium term support line"...I replied "good luck...I was short earlier and now I closed my short and I will go out to do sport and see kids rather than be glued to monitors...I have already made my money"....Guess what? Market went up that day and next day! Technical analysis does not work It takes really good skills to be good in technical analysis.

Introducing "Deal Making" - The No-Risk Approach

In this article, I propose a groundbreaking technique I've developed called "deal making." The essence of this approach lies in structuring trades in a way that minimizes risk to such an extent that it can be deemed "no-risk." However, it's important to note that such an approach may yield lower average returns.

By employing complex derivative strategies, I've crafted a methodology where the risk is so limited that it allows me to confidently claim that I'll eventually reap profits, even if the market doesn't go precisely as planned.

The Catch and The Potential

As with any approach, there's a trade-off. While the "no-risk" nature of this technique is enticing, it comes with the consequence of lower average returns. Nevertheless, even with a conservative approach, you can still expect to generate impressive returns of 10-25% per year. Such gains outperform many traditional fixed-income investments, including US Treasuries, especially in an environment of rising yields.

Conclusion

Trading stocks can be a thrilling adventure, but it's essential to choose a style that suits your risk tolerance and aligns with your financial goals. While no-risk trading might sound like a mirage, the "deal making" approach offers an intriguing alternative. By mitigating risk through well-structured trades, this technique aims to deliver consistent and reliable returns over time.
