We would like to express our appreciation for the Chinese government’s strategy of zero COVID policy . The result of this is a decrease in demand on a global scale, as most production facilities are closed and china factories are not pushing for supplies to keep their production running , which in turn will push up for demand and prices in all situation from raw materials , transportation , energy , electricity , supplies as China is still the No1 Export factory for the World even Until today .

As the world’s factory, China has amassed an incredible fortune for itself. The country has perfected the art of manufacturing and can now produce goods of the highest quality, in the largest quantities, at the most competitive prices. China is now the home of such illustrious brands as BMW, Tesla, Volvo, MG, Boeing, Airbus, and high-speed trains. There would be something created in China in the majority of homes, if not all of them.

If people have the belief that demand would suddenly increase, then inflation will rise,this come from the domino effect from higher energy cost and any import goods from China will have added inflationatory margin cost,which further will increase inflation rate to more than 13% in short term .

As a result, this feature of China’s economy being in decline is a positive aspect.

The Feds was Lucky ! and now has a slightly easier jobs to control Inflation for last 2 months

However, if more and more power plants in China close their doors, there will be a disruption in the supply chains, a lack of available electricity, and a subsequent increase in costs also

On the one hand, the sluggish economy that China is experiencing right now is good for inflation, on the other consumers are missing out from their supplies . The reaction is drastic as almost half the production economy came to a standstill in China since the last 3 months ,and indirectly ,It is helping the U.S to slow down the inflationatory effect on its economy

Second, the unrest in China is having a negative impact on supply. Combating inflation is an example of one of these strategies. It is therefore difficult to determine which effect is more substantial as there are few others as follows;

The next reason why a global catastrophe in the property market would be advantageous for management is that the price of rental property is a leading signal of inflation in general consumer prices.

Unfortunately, however, there will be an increase in the need for energy in winter in Europe , which will lead to an increase in inflation. Everything rides on this one factor when there is inflation.

Will one of these potential outcomes come to pass?

In economics, we make predictions about the future by examining what has happened in the past using various models.

As is the case with anything else, certain choices come with both positives and negatives factors ,the market reacts to different influencing factors each hours , so therefore . it is far beyond speculation if the inflation will reside by September ,as a result, I can say with an extremely high degree of certainty that you will encounter high levels of volatility by the pound.

Based on the current trend of quantitative tightening makes sense because quantitative easing was a big contributor to inflation; therefore, quantitative tightening should continue.

The rate of inflation’s drop was highly unpredictable, despite the fact that it was now following a downward trend. Because of this, you should get ready for the unexpected.
