Israel's fairytale of a defence flounders at Hague hearing

With just two more days to follow in January, almost a twelfth of 2024 has already passed… but, after 114 days of continuous bombing, Israel’s ethnic cleansing of Gaza shows no sign of abating, despite last Friday’s United Nations International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling that Benjamin Netanyahu’s government in Jerusalem has just one month to convince the judges its actions in Gaza do not amount to genocide.

Although the court stopped short of calling for an immediate ceasefire, the ruling effectively means Netanyahu’s government must prevent acts of genocide by the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) in Gaza and allow more aid into the besieged territory… and it has just one month before the court reconvenes to determine whether it has complied with these conditions.

The catalyst for Israel’s inhuman onslaught against the Palestinian people was a false-flag attack on 7 October, without which Israel would have had no defence to put before the ICJ for its atrocities in Gaza.

Politicians globally, supported by a complicit mainstream media, have clung to this as their excuse for condoning genocide by not demanding a ceasefire, despite Israeli propaganda following the incident being exposed as insanely stupid and little more than fantasy dreamed up by its Mossad terrorist operatives.

Netanyahu’s response to the ICJ ruling has been total defiance but for anyone with eyes to see the court’s decision is months overdue and Israel is now recognised by humanitarians worldwide as a terrorist state… no question about it.

This is not an indictment of Jewish people, nor all Israelis, but it is the only conclusion anyone with a heart can reach about the Zionist state of Israel. Netanyahu, and all those who support him or apologise for his actions, are war criminals... which puts a vast number of politicians, especially those in the west, in that category too.

So Israel stands close to being found guilty of committing genocide in Gaza, with the ICJ about to endorse that conclusion unless the IDF stops the inhumane siege immediately. So, what is the reaction from the corrupt and inhumane politicians who have failed to condemn Israel up to this point, call for a ceasefire and rush in aid? Of course not, it’s virtually the opposite…take steps to cut off as much aid as possible to the besieged people of Palestine! Shame on them all!

The reason? After 114 days of bombing and ludicrous propaganda Israel has suddenly decided to reveal allegations that a small number of aid workers with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), 12 I believe, were complicit in that 7 October false-flag incident.

Yeah, of course they were, but only now when the ICJ rules Israel has a case to answer and must stop its campaign of ethnic cleansing does their alleged involvement come to light... how fortunate for Israel to now be able to disclose that!

But once again the repercussions of complicit nations clinging to Israel’s ludicrous false-flag propaganda is that the suffering of children and civilians in Gaza will continue, while UNRWA has to investigate the claims to satisfy donor states.

So what have the western powers done? Well, they’ve cut off the cash for the humanitarian group of course... just in case there is a modicum of truth in these extremely convenient accusations that have just come to light, on the cusp of an ICJ ruling that should find Israel guilty of genocide. Wow, what a lucky break for Netanyahu. Definitely not a case of being innocent until framed of being guilty though!

And, don’t forget, UNRWA falls under the umbrella of the United Nations, a body founded in 1945 as a place “where all the world’s nations can gather together, discuss common problems, and find shared solutions that benefit all of humanity”. Remember that… all of humanity!

The brainchild of the Allied powers after World War II, the UN’s primary role was to prevent future world wars and replace the League of Nations, which at the time was deemed ineffective. But, in the almost 80 years since it was formed, has there been one single year when the world has not witnessed some conflict or other where the bulk of the casualties have not been children or civilians? I doubt it!

So, what has the UN actively achieved in that time other than to give the United States, United Kingdom, China, France and Russia the power to veto any calls that benefit humanity and go against their manipulation of world events? Nothing! And veto is exactly what the US has been doing when the UN has debated whether it should support calls for a ceasefire in Gaza now.

The body was set up after 50 nations met in San Francisco, California, for a conference that led to the drafting of the UN Charter in 1945, which was later endorsed by 51 founder states that had grown to 193 by 2023… almost all of the world's sovereign nations.

According to reports the UK, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Finland have joined the US, Australia and Canada in pausing funding to UNRWA pending its investigation into the 12 members of staff – nine of whom have already been fired, one who is dead… while the identity of the other two is being clarified.

Now even if there is a sliver of truth to the Israeli propaganda surrounding 7 October, and the alleged participation of 12 UNRWA staff in it, the reaction by the Netanyahu administration has gone way beyond anyone’s definition of self defence… what is happening is clearly ethnic cleansing, so for these states to temporarily withdraw funding to UNRWA shows their complicity in Israel’s war crimes.

The allegations against these 12 people could be pure fabrication and totally unfounded, it could have been created by Mossad operatives to implicate them, or those alleged to have been implicated – like Israel’s Hamas puppets – could simply have been manoeuvred into position by Israel specifically to justify the withdrawal of funding to UNRWA by its “friends” should public opinion turn against it, as it has done.

Israel is a state that takes delight in the persecution of Palestinian children – its politicians, its IDF goons and a multitude of citizens and settlers have made this blatantly apparent in front of the entire world over the past three months – so is it really so hard to believe it is beyond the realms of possibility for Israel to fabricate a cover story to justify their actions if some “rogue” nation, like South Africa, is brave enough to call them out over their ludicrous justification for ethnic cleansing?

So, purely based on the nations who have already said they are withdrawing UNRWA funding, I urge the ICJ to pursue a case against Netanyahu as well as Rishi Sunak, Olaf Scholz, Giorgia Meloni, Mark Rutte, Viola Amherd, Petteri Orpo, Joe Biden, Anthony Albanese and Justin Trudeau for their war crimes in regard to Gaza and condoning Israel’s slaughter of thousands of innocent children and civilians.

These politicians display no humanity, are totally unsuited to public office and are self-serving charlatans like the majority of politicians they preside over. This year there are likely to be elections in both the US and UK, but their outcomes have little bearing on world affairs, sadly the democratic process died long ago.

The responsibility to bring humanity and justice to the world rests with the people... and protest, not voting, is our only way to secure change. The government of South Africa has taken a stand for justice, if you’re not applauding that and standing with Palestine now then you’ll have nobody else to blame other than yourself when the war criminals turn on you!
