It Feels Intentional, Even When It Might Not Be

You are told to stand in line to get the required form, but first get a form from the other line to get permission to stand in line to get the form to get access to other line where you got the permission to get in this line. You have to fill out this form to get permission to fill out the form that you MUST fill out to be clear to fill out the first form. Or you are breaking the law.

You go to turn in the form and get asked why you filled it out and submitted it, because they have no idea why you needed to fill this form out for them. But still pay the fee for the form you don't need but have to go back and get notarized, and you cannot use the money printed by the same government requiring you to submit the form they don't need and won't accept and can't notarize because there is no place on the form to put the notary. You will need a cashier's check and a copy of the permit you can't get.

However, you MUST turn this form in no less than 45 days from deadline and no more than 30 days from deadline which means you can't turn it in on time and if you turn it in late you have to fill out another form but you have to get a permit to process an application for that form.

If you fail to complete this process you are in violation and will have to fill out a form to pay your fine which cannot be paid with the money printed by the government to which you owe the fine. If you overpay the fine, you can submit a form to request the overpayment to be returned that was required by law and for which you had to request by permit, the right to make the initial overpayment which you would have broken the law had you not made it. Remember the form you needed but were told to fill out? You should have done that, first.

Once you have applied for the return of the mandatory overpayment, you will be sent a check which you will not be allowed to cash without submitting the check via an account you had to fill the paperwork out for to be in compliance with the mandatory voluntary banking program and the government which will not accept the money they print, before they will decide if you can have the overpayment returned that you were forced to pay. Because you turned in the form that you didn't need because they told you you had to have it so you could ask for the form in the first place.

So, the money you had to get permission to earn and then were mandated to turn over to the government that printed it which will not take it as payment for anything will only be returned to you if you request its return, which they say you have to request its return or you are not in compliance with the law. You will need to fill out a form to not get fined for getting fined.

The money will only be returned in the form of a check that no government bailout bank or government insured bank will cash without the paperwork the government requires you to fill out to be allowed to have the money back after it has once again been paid to the government and processed back to you via the filling out of a request form to have the same placed in your hand, followed by the necessary reporting via form that you received said money and the accompanying required overpayment to be returned later because you MUST report that you received this money that was yours in the first place. But you only received it because you filled out the form that they said you had to fill out. If you did not fill out the form, the money would not have been returned and you would not have filled out a form to give it back so that you could fill out the form to have it sent back.

Right. So why can't I turn in this form and get the permit you said I had to have again?

You need to have this other form before you can get this form. To get that form, you will need this form. By not having this form in the first place, you will be fined. However, anyone getting the other form without getting this form first will be fined for not paying the fine for not having this form.

All of this is irrelevant because the office is closed for lunch, and to get the form this afternoon, you needed to fill out a request form this morning.

Then you see the sign on the door:

"We will be closed on days ending in "Y" in observance of something you will need a permit for."
