Working for a tech giant is a pleasure, it helps you sustain for the longer period of life. Because you get paid a lot.

So, you can work for few years and retire. All you need to do is be a freaking genius. Which miss Santo Nair was.

He applied for a bunch of jobs in the technolgy field. And cleared all the test easily. When it came to remuneration, the tech giants low balled her because she was from Asia and a women.

The hiring people didn't wanted to agree that a women can be this genius. That too not from America. She tried to argue, showcase her talent and asked for higher management to look into it. But all in vain.

She was sidelined and offered a pityful sum of money as salary. The title of her job was different from what advertised. She was put into some junior junior category. Wherein for every thing she did or wanted to do, she had to ask for permission.

And often it wasn't granted. Because she wasn't smart enough. How could she be?

The Constant Humiliation

If this wasn't enough, she was constantly harassed by her colleagues and supervisors. This was thier technique to make sure she is uncomfortable and unable to focus on her work.

So she blunders one day and she is put on a suspension with review. She cried a lot. And cursed herself for being too good in a mans' world.

The friends, relatives and the society blamed her for her failure. No one wanted to listen on how she was targeted, harassed and pushed to the edge of failure.

She was mocked, ridiculed and giggled about. He daily routine to grocery and gym was met with murmurs and an attempt to humiliate her even more.

It was as if the world had decided to punish her for being a women with a brain.

She accepted the fate and quit the job. She got a job in a local company for a profile which was administrative. This was the safest route for her.

Revenge

All she wanted was to retire after working for few years. But the contribution required to get the pay wasn't available to her as an opportunity.

The only way she could get what she want was to assume another identity. Apparently, few women have posed as white man to get remote jobs on design, writing and gotten success.

By hook or by crook, she wanted to get a piece of the money pie. She deserved all of it. But how.

One way is to solve a difficult problem which has a price money on it and claim it. Another way is to let others make you rich by rewarding your contribution.

Mark Zuckerberg made Facebook and owned most of it. When many people used Facebook, eventually, Mark became rich because he owned most of Facebook. Sure, many other people got rich by doing business on Facebook or using Facebook.

But Mark became rich just by making Facebook.

Enter Blockchain & Bitcoin

It was trust which was missing when she wanted to contribute. So she worked on blockchain was solved the trust issue by making the ledger public. So, now a transaction could be done with complete trust. And to facilitate the servers which gives computing power, they will be given some processing fees in Bitcoin. They will be called miners.

This project had to be open source so others can contribute and work on it to make it more valuable. If enough people use it, she gets rich. And also everyone who uses it gets rich or does things in better way. A win-win for everyone.

The price of Bitcoin will rise with more adoption. So she mined 1 million of Bitcoin initially and by design the total number of Bitcoin is limited. So only the value of Bitcoin rises and not otherwise in the long run.

And to make it used without friction, she needed a name - she choosed 'SATOSHI NAKAMOTO'.

And there itself, she used her genius to solve one of the complex problems, made herself rich and helped the 7 billion people to do transaction in better and trustworhty manner.

Now, she is somewhere living the dream she ever wanted. Thanks to all the rejection, humiliation, sexism, racism and oppresion
