Anyone with dedication, courage, and immense passion can enlist in the Marine Corps. While it's the toughest branch out of the US Armed Forces, many people who enlist believe that they're more suited for this branch. With a lot of responsibilities, tasks, and difficult Marine Corps training, you'd never believe the type of Marines that served for the country.
The Navy SEALs are one of America's most elite fighting teams, and that means that they have to withstand grueling training, tough times, and often take part in missions that would make most other soldiers recoil in fear. They're fearless, tough, and the best the US has — and they're also legendary in their own right.
Throughout the history of the United States, it is a commonly understood belief that the presidents that served in the military have learned both the cost of freedom and how to respect that cost. They have fought for America and its interests, watching brothers in arms fall under a hail of bullets, and putting years of their lives to saving the nation against every dire threat thrown at it.
At the start of WWII, countless people took up arms to fight against the Axis powers, from the rich to the poor, all for the good cause – and, yes, there were even celebrities that served in WWII. I don't know why I wrote that as though it should come as a surprise. WWII proved the greatest threat to that generation, and countless individuals had to take up arms to fight against the injustice of the Nazis.
