Who's Ready to Confess?

Do you have any embarrassing but admittedly funny stories that aren’t appropriate for work? Ones you’re not quite sure who to tell, even among your own inner circle? Something you have to get out, or you’ll explode? Why not tell a group of creative and artistic strangers?

Get these haunting memories off your chest in between (or while) reciting poetry or prose, or even a song! Hell, jig out your confessions if you want to!

A Sassy Open Mic sprinkled with NSFW confessions is being hosted by yours truly, 4Words! It’s free, it’s virtual, and it’s featuring an important cause. Because if you know about us, you know that charity is one of the words that helped drive the creation of this organization.

Previously, we have spotlighted non-profits that aid in mental health, the genocide happening in Gaza, and the targeting of immigrants in the United States. During our third official event of the year, we are excited to host a sex-positive event while centering and encouraging donations to the largest single provider of reproductive health services, Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood provides affordable services for birth control, STD testing and treatment, reproductive care, gender-affirming care, and a plethora of other essential needs as a human existing in this world, whether you’re sexually active or not. This important organization has had significant government assistance restricted within the past two years, so any donations we can help direct toward them would be beneficial for them and the patients they serve.

*Any tips given on this piece will be donated directly to Planned Parenthood.
