It’s ok.

In a society where we are constantly challenged and pressured to submit and stand under labels and categories we often find ourselves seeking and longing for approval and validation. Everyone wants to be loved, liked, accepted and welcomed. Like the theme song to a TV Sitcom “Cheers” we want to go where everyone knows your name and always glad you came”. If this theme song was reality and everyones experience, then we will live in a perfect world. Since this is not the case, true acceptance, love and validation must be found within each and everyone of us.

I aways encourage everyone to Love themselves. What is Love and how does it show up - Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. When you Love yourself you become busy creating change instead of change creating you -especially when that change is force upon you by family, friends and society.

Everyday Tell yourself It’s Ok- everything about you, from your skin color, your hair texture, your body structure and size, your taste buds, your sexual preference, your fashion, your personality its Ok. Each and every one of us is unique and original and it will be a great disservice not to fully embrace you and everything about you. It is so purposely designed that we all have different fingerprints so that our carbon fingerprint can be seen and felt throughout the earth. Knowing your value and self worth releases power and authority in your life. That Power and authority attracts the same value and worth or even greater-never , ever less. When we connect with others and we failed to accept and connect with our own value and worth- we end up serving others in ways we are not suitable for. Always remember that we can not love someone or anyone at their depth if we haven’t loved ourselves at our height. Do you find yourself measuring your value and self-worth by quality or quantity? Are you satisfied with what people want for you rather than people honoring who you are?

In taking a step back personally, i've come to realize that my hinderance wasn’t people but it was myself. My lack and refusal to engage in myself esteem, to invest in my own stock, to ensure that my tickets or access to my life was strategically passed out, to make my health wealthy and to protect and honor myself by any means necessary and to live in selfishness and to release myself from people -pleasing- to serve myself instead of constantly providing myself and life to others as a buffet-giving them permission to eat all at any cost- You must not allow negative words of your past and present to arrest, booked and sentence you to a life in prison without the possibility of parole, don’t allowed your wants to be predicated and base on any voids in your life, but filled the voids with love and acceptance.

Love you , love all of you , don’t judge you , live, love , laugh, in that order or in another order. Use your power , use your free will, bring you to the world. For the world awaits your sound, your signature and your smile, Always tell yourself that its ok and that it will be ok. Remember their are 4 seasons in a year and that as the seasons change so does life change - winter does not last all year unless you live in the north pole or south pole lol, but change is mandatory and change is always in motion. It’s Ok.
