Entangled

Charlette had worked so hard to get over the her feelings for Tracy but it has been very difficult to achieve since they had remained close friends and roommates. Tracy had moved on, starting a new relationship with Anisa. "You can't force love" Charlette would always say to herself. She had learned to bury the feelings she had for Tracy. They had both decided a month ago to end the relationship they had because it was too much for either of them to handle.

It was a warm Sunday evening, Tracy had been out on a work thing for almost six hours. Charlette was home in the kitchen getting dinner ready when her phone rang...It was Tracy calling.

"Hello", Charlette answered



"Hey Charlie" Replied Tracy, " Would you like to hang out with with Amy and I tonight? and we might stay out all night long" Tracy asked. "Yes" Charlette replied without any hesitation.



They both agreed to leave together once Tracy got back home.

Tracy got home around 7:00pm and they both got dressed up for the outing. They arrive at the hotel around 9:30, both women looking extremely beautiful. As they walked into the hotel, someone who had a very similar body structure as Tracy walked towards them, it was Amy, whom Charlette was meeting in person for the very first time. Tracy attempted to introduce Amy to Charlette but Amy couldn't wait, she stretched out her hand to Charlette for a hand shake and quickly introduced herself. "Hi, I'm Amy" she said, "I'm Charlette, nice to meet you" Charlette replied...



Amy led both ladies to their hotel room without wasting anytime and Amy left for her room. They got in, freshened up and was ready to go out for drinks and have a great and maybe wild night.

It was a quiet ride for Charlette as she was the only quiet one in the group. Tracy and Amy were loud and talked about other mutual friends they shared while Charlette nodded her head and sang along the song playing in the car. It was Amy's car and it seemed really expensive, she looked and spoke like she was rich. They got to this nice, cozy and expensive looking roof bar were they were supposed to hang out, they got in and sat down.

The bar was nice with a small friendly crowd. They signaled the waiter, a fine looking stud and ordered for drinks.

Charlette sat next to Tracy, while Amy sat directly opposite Charlette. She passed a few glances at Charlette and Charlette smiled and blushed hopelessly.

It was a few minutes past 11:30pm and it looks like it is going to be a really long and exciting night...

They had a few drinks, Amy only had a cocktail because she was to drive the ladies back to the hotel. She seemed really nice and was eager to get Charlette's attention.

Charlette had been having a really hard time in the new town she had moved to a month before she met Tracy. She had been so lonely until the day she swiped right on a dating app and connected with Tracy. It was an instant connection and their chemistry was so in sync. They started out as friends and it was a beautiful but soon developed feelings for each other. It was hard because they loved being friends and did not want to ruin their friendship, but most especially because Tracy at the time was having a fling with some other girl and Charlette did not want to get in the middle of that. Charlette was always considerate about Tracy's feelings and always wanted to make sure she was happy.

Charlette had struggled with moving on from Tracy for a while now and for the first time in a long time, she just might like someone else and that person just happens to be Tracy's best friend.

She liked the girl in front of her but she was in love with the girl beside her...
