Restaurants, bars, beaches, and nightclubs are closed indefinitely, and the whole country has been asked not to leave our homes. Some of the most hardcore introverts may be having the time of their lives right now, with no social pressure to get out and do things with people. For the rest of us, however, the voluntary isolation for the good of our public health may feel like the sacrifice of a true martyr.

Though weeks of self isolation may be one of the hardest things you have ever done in your life, you can get through it with the help of Netflix & THC free CBD gummies. Keep a Routine

Keeping a routine is an absolute must during times like this.
