Condiments are an absolute necessity in the culinary world, and mayonnaise is an international favorite. It can be found on grinders in New York, on sushi and okonomiyaki in Japan, and even on thick-cut fries in Belgium. Mayonnaise can add a textural and flavorful element that no other condiment can achieve, which is what makes it such a useful ingredient.

It is hard to believe that mayonnaise could get any better, but it can. Marijuana Mayonnaise is going to forever change how you make your mayo.

Adding cannabis to your mayonnaise is actually easier than you may think. The psychoactive chemical in cannabis, THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), tends to stick to fats. Considering mayonnaise is mostly comprised of fat, it is no surprise that the creamy condiment absorbs the chemical efficiently. The best part is that it tastes great too!

Whether you want to spread it on a sandwich or make a batch of deviled eggs, this delicious THC-infused mayo recipe will pleasantly surprise you with its smooth texture and flavor. Mayo is a universal ingredient, and as soon as you add marijuana to the mix, you are in for a real treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cannaoil
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Pinch of sea salt, to taste

Recipe:

In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, vinegar, salt, lemon juice, and mustard together. While whisking, slowly add cannaoil. Whisk until thick. Store in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
