Young love is such a shame
Everyone takes it in without the right way
Almost as broken as a wave
That crashes the shores
Just to grab at the sands pores
Breathing it in and shifting it out like a chore
What are we doing in our time of day?
Showing no compassion
Just because it's the head of fashion
We are bought by these terms
Sitting and squirming like worms
To the blinds that we think are love
But what is it?
To whale for gestures that we need a tug?
Just to be squished by our own hands like a bug
If the love excels and the man dies
How are you going to live without his ties?
The ties that brought you the anguish for his love
It hurts your throat to see him gone off like a dove
Over a boat he glides gone without you
Now you have to pay what's due
Alone on the ride of a tide of waves
Being cut down by the debris of craves
You have lost your fight
Throne over by its strength you lost sight
Down into the ground where you are put
Sitting away in the soot
Who cares?
You now have no weight and fly
High like a dove over the waves.
Without a bitter taste
Finding the boats that once held you and him
No more ties to hold on this life
To be reunited with him your love of sight
