You’re Infinitely Luckier Than You Think
If you’re seeing this, you’re already doing amazing
As far as I know, none of us got to choose what set of circumstances we would be born into.
It’s a blind lottery where a race, gender, location, socioeconomic class, health status, and an initial group of caregivers are basically ‘assigned’ to us.
Good or bad, we have no choice in it.
Wherever we land on that spectrum, we must work with what we have.
Some people hit the jackpot, while others have no hope of rising above it and won’t survive their assignment.
So, consider yourself fortunate if you’re healthy and have food, shelter, and even a small group of people to look out for you.
