You just really had to fuck over Luci like that, didn’t you, Groening?

My bad aftertase of the finale of the show, Disenchantment by Matt Groening (as a long term Fan of his work )

By Melissa IngoldsbyPublished 3 years ago • 1 min read

Impish selfishness pervades the taciturn young royalty(you didn't need a demon to corrupt you, you corrupted yourself Bean)

The reason for the demon to get behind her like a whispering, lurking shadow

Extreme wish-fulfillment wherein others get literally, royally fucked

And only have a small portion of love

For their own immense bubbling over of Multiple sacrifice

Luci: Your selfish need to protect the ones you grew to love

So utterly immediate, like an uncharacteristic angelic bubble

That would never pop.

How could you fuck over

And keep rolling over poor Luci

Like a steam-roller with endless fury?

A bubble of fury is landscaped

Over my heart at his honest redemption

A frantic desire to rip out all the nasty throats

And keep such a treasure highlighted,

As the vanishing royalty Bean calls out Luci in a flippant, almost arrogant way, “And Luci, wherever you are…”

aghhhhughhh…. *in my best impersonation of Sideshow Bob’s frustrated groan*

“"Attempted murder," now honestly, did they ever give anyone a Nobel prize for "attempted chemistry?" -Sideshow Bob

You didn't attempt, Matt, you done butchered my boy.
