You try.

Human nature has its laws, and you will fail, unless you learn from them all.

A circle of pain and suffering, because of other people.

Behind screens, we interact, with fake smiles and words that sound empty.

We are all narcissists until we get back to ourselves and look more inward.

Can we transform and be good with people?

Take, for example, some past pain, or emotion that you can translate into the present.

You suffer through it in order to let it go. And so you change by learning more about yourself.

We tend to blame others for feeling what is wrong, while we see ourselves as better humans.

Yet we are all humans, somehow the same, until we get to know our flaws.

Our weaknesses will help us grow and become better.

Check your patterns and your character, why do you do some things?

Perhaps some patterns are ok, and others are not.

Becoming aware can be painful, it's an inner transformation. It hurts.

Our shadow, or the dark side of our personality, is inherited from childhood or from before our time. There are these intergenerational inherited beliefs, emotions, concealed, hidden most of the time.

Until they suddenly explode. Triggered.

Volcano of shame and uncontrollable fears.

Our dark side can be channeled and its energies used.
