You Don't Even Exist To Me

A Poem

By Sara WilsonPublished about a month ago • 1 min read

You bitch and moan I copy you

as if you ever cross my mind

you're nothing but a ghost to me

an odor left behind

You hide behind a damaged soul

and blame your inner strife

but maybe you're just rotten through

You ruin your own life

having issues isn't a free pass

to hurt people you meet

a tragic mask won't hide the trash

you throw out in defeat

I'd never trade my life for yours

I don't wish to take your place

you're nothing in my universe

empty words without a face
