Have you ever felt like if you were stranded?

Have you ever felt incomplete?

Have you ever felt lost?

Or even ecstatic?

How can you organize the storm of thoughts?

There is so much going on in the world

The same goes inside your mind

Don't know how to express

How to shout your reflections

They have all lingered inside of you

Ready to burst away

But still, you overthink

A tsunami is coming your way

What can you do?

How can you share?

You know that you need to communicate

Or a hurricane will follow

Emotions are all swirled against each other

What can you do?

You want to prevent an explosion

Reflection is what you need

If you’ve answered yes to one of the questions above, this is for you. And take into account that you are not alone, many can relate to what you feel.

Since I can remember, I have always had a diary. Some may say that it's just another cliche in a movie, but having one is marvelous. I had always tried to write down even a short version of my accomplishments, frustrations, happenings, thoughts, etc. on every given day.

All those times, I could feel I had a better mental organization. I knew what I felt, and therefore my mental health improved. But yet again, there were times in my life in which I just couldn’t bear writing some things down, I didn’t want to remember those days. So I quit.

But now, I am starting to write again.

If it’s in my diary or for you.

Vocal Media is also another outlet for people’s writing. They portray their concerns, emotions, humor, terrors, and just a love for the sharing community.

It’s a wonderful way to express yourself.

In the long run, writing by hand or on your computer is always beneficial. Your creativity is enhanced, your perception of the use and powers of words increases, memory is also augmented.

Relieving everyday stress, anxiety, and overall emotions is key.

And in this community, your sense of writing to share with others is boosted. You can write for yourself and have in mind that your ideas and thoughts can help others too. At least that’s what I feel when I read some pieces of other writers.

In conclusion, I perceive this type of art, to have one of the greatest benefits because WRITING CAN HEAL.
