Without you

Little is left

Lost in the mix

Courting the end

There was so much

Left unsaid

Ride baby ride

Until the end of time

Such plans don't last

Stupid human emotions

Locked into the past

Losing sight of the heart

Forgetting the reasons we matter

Walked away this night

Why not stand and deliver

Promises made to one another

How could you have forgotten

Given in to the temptations

But not to divine forgiveness

So easily you have surrendered

You would never have been forsaken

Without you, nothing makes sense

What's a soul to do

But find a way to move forward

Without any recompense

Without you

Without you

Will they remember me

Without you

Without you

Oh God, how

Did you let this be
