With A Smile

On Our Faces

Rest and Smile

“Nature

is the greatest place

to heal and recharge.”

This planet we live on

gives us everything we need

to rest, heal, recharge and rebuild.

There is nothing like

sitting quietly ‘in nature’

and listening to the birds,

feeling a gentle breeze on your face.

We live in a world full

of technology, noise and busyness.

We need

the gentle ‘rhythms’ of the Earth

to balance our minds.

Plus,

a breath of fresh air

and

exercise is good for us physically.

A documentary on Wild Cats ‘catches’ our minds

and

frees us of the pressures of the day.

Of course,

it could be any documentary on Wildlife

but find something “you” are interested in.

Not only does this

‘rest’ our minds and bodies,

but this also builds us up,

strengthening us

to face another day

but with a smile on our faces.
