The land is dry,

Fires have started,

They ruined our beautiful

forest,

I want to cry.

Am I supposed to stare out of my

window,

Watching nature die?

We could speculate all we want,

but;

The sun still shines,

The heat still arrives,

While instead of taking action,

We sit here and whine.

Beneath me,

The ground crackles,

And cracks;

While above me,

Animals cry,

With desperate thirst.

Fires happening everywhere,

Not just by the people;

By the scorching earth,

Burning up in the red hot

sun.

Eathquakes are happening everywhere,

Cracks are forming in the ground beneath us,

Food is no longer growing,

Nature is dying,

And;

All we can do is ignore the signs,

Wishing for rain,

Until it happens next time.
