Winter in New York City, a sight to see

The streets are alive with a bustling energy

People rushing to and fro, bundled up tight

The air is crisp, the sky is bright

In Central Park, the snow falls soft

A peaceful stillness fills the air, aloft

As the city sleeps, a blanket of white

Covers the landscape, a beautiful sight

The twinkling lights of Times Square

Dance and sparkle in the winter air

A sea of people, rushing to and fro

A cacophony of sounds, a symphony of snow

Winter in New York City, a time for love

A time for warmth, a time for peace

I am grateful for this moment in time

And the love that fills my heart, so fine.
