A field of wildflowers, so free and so bright

Their petals swaying in the wind, a beautiful sight

Each stem reaching for the sun, with grace and with might

Their colors shining like a rainbow, a true delight

And as I wander through the meadow, my heart does take flight

Filled with love for the beauty that surrounds my sight

It is here that I find peace, and all worries take flight

With the soft whispers of the breeze, and the rustle of light

The wildflowers seem to know, of the love I hold tight

For they too bloom with such passion, with all their might

And I am but a mere witness, to their beautiful sight

Their hearts ablaze with love, like a never-ending light
