Why me? this is a poem of why I feel alone

in a crowd of relatives.

Why is it that when every body says Hi! or a

greeting during the holidays;

they skip over me and wish everyone else

these holiday greetings.

Going to others homes and listening to what

they are talking about the past that is usually something that I have no memory of and

and expected to share in a tradition that is not one of my

traditions of the holidays.

Wishing and wondering if anyone even wants to include me.

Why me and when the evening ends no one even says Good bye or even offers a hug like to everyone else.

The intruder of the family.
