When did it become the most impactful piece of paper this world has ever used?
Why was my life hung on the line for all the time this currency occupied?
We need a barrier—
to some;
a separation of power to keep those below, under control.
There’s a fear there,
a fear of the greed
that we quickly tag to the wealthy,
but we all are apart of that title.
Why is money at the center of our lives?
It’s what we’re most desperate for;
money is our food,
money is our water,
money is our oxygen.
My possession of a dollar is the line between my basic needs & destitution.
Our world began on the wrong foot.
