Doing without can be a struggle,

A feeling that nobody wants to juggle.

But sometimes we need to sacrifice,

To make our dreams and goals more precise.

It's hard to go without something we love,

We often think it's a push and a shove.

But when we redirect our focus instead,

We'll find that we can still move ahead.

We can give up material things,

To see what true happiness brings.

We've got to learn to live with less,

And focus on our own progress.

Doing without is a test of strength,

We'll find that we can go to great lengths.

We'll learn to appreciate what we have,

And our lives will be much less drab.

So let's embrace doing without,

It's all about what life is about.

We'll see that less can be more,

And life can be a grand encore.
