Who Wants to Live Forever

Refusing A Final Death for Loved Ones

This is a poem and not a poem

This a song and not a song

This is a thunderous gong

This is a soft whisper in a child's ear

This is a denial of the true end for my loved ones

This is how to make forever a reality

Native Americans tell of two deaths

The physical death and

The final moment in which a name is spoken and lost forever to history

That is real death

Say these names aloud as your read

Add your own names as you go

And let history never forget our beloveds
