The world has changed, that’s a certainty,

But every generation, thinks this certainly,

Life moves on, we do our best,

But don’t compare yourself, with all the rest,

Do your best, to do all you can,

Work towards, your own life plan,

But understand, the roads not flat,

It’s not even straight, when it comes to that!

So take the rough, with the smooth,

Very soon you’ll hit, a natural grove,

You’ll realise control, is an illusion we seek,

When behind the curtain, Of life we peek,

Life’s not always, just and fair,

And you may feel, you get less of your share,

But know your journey, is not the same,

As others we see, also playing this game,

Your goals are yours, it’s not a race,

You just need to, find your own place,

Be different, be weird, just be yourself,

For normal is not, good for your health,

It doesn’t exit, this normality,

So enjoy your freedom, and personality,

Take on each step, with pride and joy,

And every day of your life, you will enjoy.
