Who Am I

I am the ruler of eternal night. I am the one who is the one.

I am everything. And yet,

I am just a little insignificant insect in this world

I am nothing.

I remain still with the question I had begun with.

Who am I?

Like a broken computer, trapped forever, I am left repeating it over and over.

Who am I? Who am I? Who am I?

I am a celestial being. I am a princess of a far off planet.

I am an amazon warrior. And yet,

I am a helpless infant against the anger of the universe.

I am the one dying at the claws of a demon. I am the one who died in that car crash last week.

So, who am I?

That is my one and only question

Who am I?

I am a powerful priestess.

I am the wisest of all sorcerers.

Still, I am but a human against a powerful enemy.

A mere mortal being.

So again and again,

Who am I?

I am the creator of this world and the next.

I am a goddess of immense power.

However, I am only a homeless among the millions.

I am a lifeless among the billions...
