Who Am I

Embrace who you are without tearing yourself apart

I am not perfect…I have acne and attitude at times

Yet I take the good with the bad because I have a good heart

When you can self-correct how you look at life…it changes you

It makes you happier and that cannot be denied

The way you communicate, express emotions, and think…brand new

It may scare others at first because they are stuck on the past

People change…that was not for them…yet they stayed the same

Never dim your light…never put yourself last

Who am I…

Someone who looks in the mirror …accepted what I cannot change

However, I look at each day as a new beginning

I will never be you…you may never accept me…so we are different…I like strange

Someone asked me you can filter your picture to look like a movie star

I like the authentic look that is natural yet at times I apply some makeup…by choice

In life we will all change whether it is wrinkles or a scar

Who am I…

I am not perfect I make mistakes and try my best to correct what I can

Do not point the finger as if you are simply flawless

I love the skin I am in…would not change it for a woman or man

Not denied….

When you have self-love that is the greatest love

You accept that your beauty is so rare …that is what makes you special
