Whispers of the Sea

A poetic tribute to the vast and mysterious ocean

Beneath the cerulean veil, where waves embrace the shore, The ocean sings its ancient song—a symphony of more. Its depths conceal both wonder and sorrow, A canvas painted with shades of tomorrow.

At dawn, the sun tiptoes across the water’s edge, Gilding the ripples, igniting dreams in pledge. Seagulls dance on zephyr wings, their cries a hymn, As morning tides kiss the sands, soft and prim.

The tides waltz—a choreography unseen, A ballet of currents, a dance so serene. They pull and push, a celestial rhythm, Guiding ships and hearts toward distant whim.

Beneath the azure expanse, mysteries reside, Coral gardens, shipwrecks, lost tales of pride. Mermaids weave their hair into seaweed braids, And Neptune guards his trident, unswayed.

But beware the tempest’s wrath, the storm’s embrace, When lightning forks the sky, and waves erase The footprints of sailors who dared defy, Their ships now swallowed by the ocean’s sigh.

By moonlight, lovers stroll along the shore, Their whispered promises carried evermore. The moon weaves silver threads upon the foam, Binding hearts like seashells in a watery tome.

And where does the ocean end? Where does it begin? Its horizon stretches beyond what eyes can pin. Perhaps it cradles distant lands, unseen, Or merges with the sky, where dreams convene.

As day surrenders to twilight’s tender hue, The ocean hums its lullaby, bidding adieu. Stars emerge, and waves retreat in kind, A celestial rendezvous, forever intertwined.
