Whispers of the Moonlight

Moon

By Mr.LiPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

In the quiet of the night, he lifts his gaze,

The moonlight flows like silver through the haze.

Beneath its glow, a longing stirs within,

For distant shores where cherished dreams begin.

The night’s embrace wraps gently 'round his soul,

As fleeting memories take their toll.

He longs to share this peaceful, radiant view,

Yet finds himself alone, with shadows to pursue.

With every ray that glimmers on the ground,

He dreams of laughter, a familiar sound.

In solitude, he murmurs to the stars,

A silent hope to bridge the space of scars.
