In the shadows of these golden peaks,

Tashi:

I seek whispers of the ancients, echoings deep.

Elder Sonam:

Once a year, when the sun lingers long,

Tashi:

I wonder, can the heart of Shambhala be where we belong?

Elder Sonam:

Through this gate, old truths breathe new life,

Tashi:

But dare I cross, amid this mystic strife?

Elder Sonam:

Fear not the journey, for each step is known,

Tashi:

Yet unknown paths, by light of solstice shown.

Elder Sonam:

See, how the portal opens with the solstice light,

Tashi:

A dance of shadows and whispers, tempting the brave at night.

Elder Sonam:

It calls to those who’d learn, and those who’d teach,

Tashi:

Is it a place, a lesson, or a dream we beseech?

Elder Sonam:

Shambhala lies not just in lands unseen,

Tashi:

In each kind deed, each thought serene?

Elder Sonam:

Yes, look within, where the true journey flows,

Tashi:

In hearts awakened, where the river of enlightenment goes.

Elder Sonam:

So step through the gate, let fear fall away,

Tashi:

For in Shambhala’s heart, we find our way.

Elder Sonam:

The solstice wanes, the portal dims,

Tashi:

Yet in its echo, a new light within brims.

Elder Sonam:

Carry this light through seasons, through years,

Tashi:

A beacon for others, through their own trials and fears.

Elder Sonam:

Thus is the power of our ancient call,

Tashi:

In the longest day’s shadows, we rise, we fall, we recall.
