Whiskey and Cats

Paradise

By Clay HastingsPublished 5 years ago • 1 min read

I extend an invitation to my paradise

My paradise is my most important vice

Always inside, Unless the whiskey runs dry

I don't really like the world

I think it's full of cretins and isn't my home

Happiest in my head

People are like rhyme schemes

Unneeded I tend to wake in dread

My home is full of boken things and smiles

Lost innocence and furry reminders

Ignorance of former lovers desires

I neednt ever scream in my paradise

Cold, Cold, Cold, and dark

My home is kept, it's my nirvana

How I find my creative spark

I welcome you to paradise

There's no arguments or the dread of a lovers time

I don't want anybody anymore

MY furry friends have bigger hearts than all of ours

Hidden away from the worlds attempts to demean

But never hiding my truth of certainty

What now?

What must I do to avoid the outdoors

And all it's little heart sores.

What now?

What now?

Wait a minute, hold your focus

Wait a minute.

My whiskey bottles finished

Exit paradise and venture to the insanity

Of the worlds certain catastrophe.
