Where's My +?

In June, I paid for a year of Vocal plus.

You ask, "Then why all of the fuss?"

My plus very suddenly went away,

Leaving me upset for many-a day.

I cannot edit anything in my profile,

Nor enter any challenge for quite a while.

My emails have all gone unheeded,

Just when support is sorely needed.

I found a link for AI tech support,

But everything tied was sadly falling short.

Eventually, I was asked if I wanted a human being.

I couldn't believe what my tired eyes were seeing.

"Human agent, please" was my reply.

"Our usual reply time is a day." "Wait! No! Why???"

And so, the window sat for about a day.

Apparently, no one wants to come out to play.

All I want is what should be rightfully mine.

The "update" seems to be faulty by design.

And so, I'll wait and grumble a bit sometimes,

Until I get an answer, I'm out of rhymes.
