Where I See the Dawn

Be with hope.

By LumiPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

Slightly I see the dawn,

When the thick dark is gone.

I see dew shining on the petals,

Golden sunlight enters the shadows,

Sparkling,

Glittering,

And soon looming.

Faintly I see the dawn,

Where I was buried in mourn.

I hear birds singing in the tree,

Flapping freely in the broader sky.

Screaming,

Yelling,

And then silencing.

Dimly I see the dawn,

Somehow with thicker dark around.

I remember someone saying,

It's darkest before the dawn.

Or,

The night is always the darkest before the day.

Waiting,

Expecting,

And then resting.
