When we're apart
There's no love, there's no peace
There's no tenderness
I've heard that rumor before
And no one's denying the truth
Just can't imagine what it'll be like
When we say forever and always
But the words to me slip away
No more paradise, it's not that far away
I'll miss you more than you think I will
I've got nowhere to go
There's no heartbreak, there's no pain
Baby, no one can hurt me
If it all comes down to one, it's gonna work tonight
Till there's nothing left to say
But no one's gonna put me down
Nobody's gonna say no, no no, no
Nobody's gonna say that baby
