When one fall, we hold on tighter

The thing is they may rock the boat a tad, but they're not taking it under

Join me

-----In Silence-----

Hold my hand

-----oh so tight-----

Shoulders are meant for

-----you, me, the community-----

upright upright

and steady

together

as to not let them pass through us

as to not let them see,

that they're trying to rock, pull, crash the boat

fast, swift

but we're swaying each other

gently, swifter

and we're rebuilding

and we're crying

with our backs turned

and later

we about-face

eye to eye with them then

and there will be no tears

but right now

I'll join you

-----In Silence-----

Hold your hand

-----oh so tight-----

Shoulders are meant for

-----you, me, the community-----

upright upright

and steady

together

Some days there's too much mourning to keep quiet. Thank you for reading. Peace.
