what's in a name
certain of being uncertain
what’s in a name ?
are underlying traits
burning in flame
that could potentially scorch to become
tendencies we find so strange ?
what’s in a face ?
can our aesthetics
carve through the space
we walk to encompass the life
in which we find ourselves encased ?
what’s in a word ?
is there any weight that we think
could possibly deserve
be attached to the back
intended to make us search
for one moment when
we might feel our worth ?
what’s in a choice ?
is it feasible to filter the noise
t hat represents
the thing that employs
us to be
the very s ame thing
we have no certainty to be ?
what’s in a name ?
