Do you see me crying…
Look at me
We matter too
It’s not all about you
Why won’t you just listen
Why won’t you do better
I just wish you would see it
You’re dangerous to our community
You don’t even try to change
We give you chances for redemption
Things continue to be the same
What more do you need
We’ve tried to work with you
Enough is enough
No more protesting…
(now read from bottom to top)

I like how this could apply to any number of issues at the moment, but it’s left vague enough that it doesn’t feel forced or narrow. “ We give you chances for redemption Things continue to be the same” is a great line. Nice😊
I read it twice but in the opposite direction. What an amazing strategy! Loved it!
Wow another incredible poem! Well done Alexis!
