What lurks below?

Away from the shore lines and beach sand, I beg of You to not go.

Beware of giant worms and faceless snakes.

Some tell tales, at the bottom of lakes

Lies an army of beasts

On fish do they feast

Their prey that they dine

Is trapped in their slime

Do not go for a swim, stay aboard in Your boat

Pray they don't sink You, let You be afloat

The waters were clear, then murky they turned

Maybe not Lou, but could his get 'ave returned?

Be wary along the shoreline, make sure to learn.

Do not step on any snakes

And hopefully no worms.
