Inside my soul

Is a woman who’s barely there

She feels as if she’s lost herself

In a place so dark

It’s as if she’s trapped inside

A box

She cannot breath inside this place

No way out

no where to go

But,

she looks deep inside herself

And is able to find the strength

To get out of this horrible state

She’s in

By letting go

Of the anger and heartache

That was made by some one else

She’s learning to let it go,

She’s able to get out

Of the box

And breath the fresh air that was once

There

before she got trapped inside

The box
