What is life?
It’s a speck of dust
floating in infinity,
Traveling at 44 mph.
That’s life? To the cosmos.
To me, it’s asking what my left foot does
Right when it does it, just to make the
Right foot jealous.
Yeah, that’s what it is.
Or maybe, it’s one day in an infinite universe
That same day we are born,
Later carried to the lonely crib
To wait for our very own empty tomb.
That has to be life.
One day in an infinite universe
We die. That is life,
A being that has no proper ending.
