What is Human Decency?

What is human decency

but social dementia

a forgotten school of magic

only remembered by a few

What is human decency

but human greed

where a slip of green paper

means more to them

then your life ever will

What is human decency

but a stubborn vote

picked left or right

but never side by side

What is human decency

but a graffitied rainbow

just trying to peak out

of the rainclouds

What is human decency

but unnecessary hate

for things that mean little

to you, to them, to the grand scheme

What is human decency

but a rare occurrence

where both parties just agree

to be fucking nice.
