What If?

I Didn't Say That Out Loud Challenge

What if…

What if I never meet the love of my life?

What if I do, and I’m not good enough for her?

What if her smile lights a thousand seas, and I’m the rocks in between?

What if I can’t make her happy? That would be worse than never finding her.

I already know I want the best for her, and what if that’s not me? It has not been me before.

They always look happier without me.

...

What if…

What if I am never meant to be happy?

Some people don’t deserve happiness, and others never find it. What if one of those is me?

...

What if…

What if my friends and family know I’m not happy, and they don’t care?

What if nobody cares?

What if nobody thinks of me?

...

What if…

What if I needed help and nobody came? It’s happened before.

What if I die in this apartment alone and nobody finds me? Nobody knows where I live.

...

What if…

What if nobody tells me they love me? I can’t remember the last time I heard those words.

What if nobody loves me?

...

What if…

What if I never succeed?

What if I never achieve any of my dreams?

What if this is all I’ll ever be?

...

What if…

What if I’m alone forever?

What if I grow old and alone and never find my home?

...

What if…

What if I’m right?

.....
