What Do We Do Now?

The world is grim,

Pretty Grim!

There’s so much uncertainty,

Lots of anxiety

Not many have answers

They look within,

And look without!

Some things that work before have lost relevance.

It’s essential to learn, unlearn, and relearn.

A few things stand true.

Gratefulness has its place;

So does kindness.

Love still holds true.

Some measure of humility and simplicity as well!

There are families that provide succor;

And we are blessed if our friends come through!

Prayer and meditation are priceless.

If you are as puzzled as I am in these times,

Perhaps, we could start from here.
