When we Support other people,
not only does it have
a Positive effect on them
but we are also
Supporting and having a Positive effect
on ourselves too.
By Encouraging
and making
him or her feel Good,
we are also
Encouraging ourselves
and making us feel Good.
We are also
Supporting the community we live in
which is So Important
for a Peaceful neighbourhood.
The very simple ‘act’ of clapping someone
and saying: “Well Done You!”
stimulates the release of endorphins,
which promotes
a ‘sense’ of well-being.
All of this
reduces stress,
as well as anxiety,
not just for you
but also for the person you are clapping too.
The ‘sound’ of clapping
creates
an unconscious sense of
‘Belonging’.
It’s just something that we,
as humans,
need and love.
To Belong!
