Outside can be loud and overwhelming
Fear and worry try to disguise themselves as home
Regret and guilt trudge behind clinging to life’s shirt tail
Tomorrow may seem a bleak and uncertain destination
Stop
Become still
Breathe
Yesterday was the road to today
Remember the path but shake off its dust
Tomorrow is always tomorrow
With changing colors like the chameleon
Grace is being present here and now in this moment
Touching the filaments of Love all around
Not fleeting and nebulous, but tangible and real
We are those eternal threads
Always gently winding embracing and supporting
We are breath
Inhale
We are mind
Engage
We are beauty
Absorb
We are joy
Consume
We are Love
