Water

A short poem

By MaverikPublished 4 months ago 1 min read

From mountain peak to ocean's floor,

A constant dance, forevermore.

A crystal tear, a crashing wave,

Water's embrace, both fierce and brave.

It whispers soft in gentle streams,

And roars a song in wild extremes.

A sculptor's touch on rock and land,

A lifeblood pulse in shifting sand.

It quenches thirst, it cleanses sin,

A mirror to the world within.

Reflecting sky and starry night,

A canvas painted, ever bright.

So raise a glass, a grateful toast,

To water's magic, near and most.

For life itself is born and thrives,

On nature's gift, a force that survives.
